All content created by PHOENIX CREATIONS, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and marketing materials, remains the property of PHOENIX CREATIONS until full payment is received and ownership is transferred as per the agreed-upon terms.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of projects.

5. Payment
Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality
PHOENIX CREATIONS agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and materials provided for the purpose of completing projects.

7. Revisions and Alterations
The number of revisions and alterations allowed will be specified in individual contracts. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Any outstanding payments will become immediately due upon termination.

9. Liability
PHOENIX CREATIONS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.

11. Amendments
PHOENIX CREATIONS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
